November, 1996 Dear Friends and Support Team, Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays. It reminds me to count my blessings and direct the appropriate response to the Source of the blessings. In doing this I am reminded of my true riches. Cecil Price and I want to extend our best wishes and thanks for the place you have in our lives. Because of you we are able to serve Him full time. We are grateful for the continued positive response to our web site. The average log-ons continues a steady rise well over the 200 mark per day. Two and one-half megabytes of information are being down-loaded a day. That translates into approximately 900 typed pages per day! Praise the Lord with us. It does not surprise us that the most down-loaded document is our bibliography on homosexuality. Our briefing on the gift of prophecy is finally finished and is enclosed. We trust you will find it informative. Our work on it went far beyond our usual inquiry. We now have a very large file on the subject, and if any of you desire further information please call the office. It's that time of the year when we look to trim our mailing list. We try to be real conscientious about costs, and we want to be good stewards of what God gives us. If you are reading this you need to ask if you gave a gift during the past year. If not, you will receive a reminder in next month's mailing. If you can't give, you can still receive our mailings, but you will have to write to us. This particular year we are far behind in giving for personal salaries (we are embarrassed to reveal how much) and we desperately need to upgrade our main computer. Consider giving a generous year-end gift toward this project on our Tenth Anniversary year. If you are looking for a good devotional to read during the holidays next month, we highly recommend THE GLORY OF CHRIST by R.C. Sproul. It will really bless you and enhance your personal worship time. For Christ and His Kingdom, Bill Crouse, President |
