An idea - 

What about doing an Easter play at Christmas?  Surely the point of Christmas is that Jesus came to die.

We have performed Graham Kendrick's Christmas production "The Gift" as a static event in the street on two Good Fridays.  It had an impact.  It brought the two celebrations together and pointed out to the passersby and those who stopped to listen, that you can't have one without the other.  Jesus had to be born because he had to die.

Whatever we do - let's get people thinking this Christmas!
