[Worship] success!

Listers,

A month or so ago, I related a concern of my wife leading worship as a
potential gender problem. I am happy to report that after making some
changes, things are really off to a great start!
To begin with, we have her standing at the keyboards rather than sitting.
This posture change has helped the team to recognize that she is a part of
the singing, and is the head singer. I know this sounds silly, but it
really seems to work. It also is giving the singers a better sense of
security because she is with them instead of behind them.
We scheduled mandatory practices which include prayer time and sharing
time. The team is really begining to get tight. The awesome thing is that
gifted people are coming forward participate. The team has grown by double
in one month.
One question I want to post is should we hold some type of audition before
bringing new members to the team? If so, how do we handle without hurting?
Thanks to all who shared and have prayed through this.
I will be in touch. I mostly like to lurk!

Blessings and the Father's love to all!
