[Worship] PIANOS JUST CAN NOT BE MIKED !

As you can tell, this is a slow business day for me and soooo I have been
spending my time thinking about things that I have wanted answers to but
have not had the time to ask ...

Our primary pianist has resisted (not meant in a bad way) using a keyboard
and so I have tried a couple different mic positions and different types of
mics.  To me though, nothing compares to the sound of a good keyboard.  The
piano is just unnatural sounding to me (when it is miked).  We have a good
Yamaha piano, a good sound system, we've tried eq changes .... etc. etc.
currently we are using a harmon kardon (or a name close to that) piano
pickup mic ... no matter what, it just sounds sloppy (primarily when the
pianist is pounding out the music).  I need your advise as to what to use to
produce a great sound.
