[Worship] TOO MANY ... clarification

I currently have 3 teams of 4 worship singers. So rotation is already in
place. I just have the "good" problem of having a couple worship team
members that want to sing whenever the opportunity presents itself. i.e..
a worship team member not showing for his/her scheduled time (whatever the
reason). At the present time, when I realize that someone is missing from
the team, it is nice to be able to replace them with someone that has
indicated to me by their actions, that they are ready to worship -- still I
want to avoid jealousy amidst the worship ranks. In short, I have thought
of just laying the guideline out that if someone is a "no-show" for
pre-service practice, I will replace them from the available people that are
"ready" and "available" at the time of pre-service practice. I would also
extend the invitation to everyone to make themselves available IF they want
to get in the rotation of replacement singers. STILL I don't want to
overlook something that might be painfully obvious to you all as to how to
handle this situation. I know it sounds like a little issue, but I tend to
be very careful with the worship team ... I desire unity.

In Christ,

Mark
