Hello all and blessings!

I posted the note about traing vocalist, and have one more further probe to
add.  I have taped a song during rehearsal, and played it back.  Got mixed
response.  Some were way embarassed, others were more of the attitude "lets
get to work and see what we can do to improve..

any thoughts?
