[Worship] Prayer request

I am doing a general mailing of the following prayer request letter to all 
of the people and groups I am in contact with. The evangelistic worship 
band Forgiven is going into some tough areas this weekend and we really 
would appreciate your prayers. Please excuse me for the length and the fact 
that it is not the usual stuff that some of your lists run.


Dear Friends of Forgiven

I would like to ask you all to pray for us this weekend, Nov. 1&2. We are 
going to be ministering in the Prince Albert area at three services for 
inmates. The original plan was to go to the Penitentiary (med/max security) 
on Saturday and the Riverbend institution (min security) on the Sunday. 
Somehow it got changed, and we DO believe that God's hand was in it, to the 
super max area, called the Special Handling Unit, on Saturday at 1:00, 
Riverbend at 2:30 and the Penitentiary at 6:00.
Logistically, this is really stretching us, but more than that, we are 
going into places where there is no regular Christian contact and we 
believe that not very many have gone before us. Not only that, different 
populations are being brought together at one location that have never been 
brought together before for this type of ministry.
We really need prayer for ourselves and for our families. Also for our 
billets in Prince Albert as they are going through some pretty tough 
warfare even as I write. For us, for strength emotionally and spiritually, 
for commitment to the Gospel and sharing it with those who need to hear it. 
For travelling mercies as we travel 4.5 hours each way to get there. For 
health, once again we are being hit with colds, sore throats, etc. as we 
prepare for this trip. For our families and their protection as we are away 
assailing the enemy in several of his lairs.
We thank the Lord for all of you and your support through prayer at this 
crucial time. (or so it seems to us :))
