I think there are quite a few people on this list that can relate to
your circumstances. My only personal advice in this area is that you
don't try to force things yourself, but that you lift it all up to
God that He might create opportunities for change.

I hope you are able to hang out here for a while to get a sense of
the group. You'll notice many different discussion topics, some
technical (sound systems, electronics, etc.), some worship dynamics,
some ... well, a bit of everything. If you don't find any topics in
the list that really meet your need, try throwing out some of your
own (this comment goes for the rest of you listers).
