wow!  that conjured up all kinds of conflicting thoughts in my mind; don't
know why; just did.

I'm inclined to let the Spirit do the screening.  I look for Jesus' eyes in
everyone, even if there is just a flicker.  I'm more interested in team kinds
of things......how are they as a team player?  are they interested in growing
spiritually in their walk?  are they interested in fitting in with a group?
are they a servant kinds of things.  I don't remember ever not allowing
someone in, but they tend to know very quickly whether they fit or not.  If we
get too many people, we just form another team.
