No,  because I can't!  Also I feel that the heart and ability to "hear"
is more important.  I have some trained vocalists that I would trade for
a nominal singer who has a true heart for touching the presence of God
any day.  Don't get me wrong.  I am working to impart worship to all of
them and won't "kick them off" as we've discussed previously!  Not yet
anyway! LOL
