[Worship] burnout

Kevin Bell really has the same issue as Moe Sullivan and musicman Dan.
As I learned in YWAM, "The need does not constitute the call." When I
see a need that matches my gifts, naturally I want to fill it. And that
's the problem -- I want to fill it naturally. God wants to fill that
need supernaturally. He may want me to do it, or He may want me to show
someone else how to do it, or He may want me to watch and learn. 

When I see a need, I pray that God will call someone to meet it. If God
calls me, *then* I step out in faith. But seeing the need does not
constitute hearing the call.
