[Worship] leaders responsibilities

Traditionally in Pentecostal and charismatic churches, for lack of a better word, worship has been led by one person who directs the singing from the pulpit of platform area. support may be given by the choir and/or orchestra/band, but the actual responsibility of leading the worship has fallen exclusively on the shoulders of the worship leader (or "songleader," as he has often been called). With the new dawn of the "worship team", where the responsibility and activity is shared, where is the "leader's" responsibility? Give me some of the ways that the "leader" can enhance the "team" in there giftedness and still remain the "leader"?
