That's a good point. After much persuasion and not a little arm-twisting,
we managed to persuade our worship director to include some Matt
Redman/Martin Smith songs. But it was a total disaster - because it wasn't
stuff that she would ever voluntarily listen to, she had no "feel" for the
music, and it fell completely flat when used in the worship time. 

On the other hand, when my home group got the chance to lead the service a
few weeks ago, we used some of their songs and it was great - because we're
all big Delirious? fans and so we're familiar with the music. It doesn't
need to be a copy of the CD - we managed with just keyboard, drums and
acoustic guitar - but it does matter that the band know where the music is
going, so to speak.
