[Worship] Lighten Up

Hey list,
	With the talk of taking and break and responsibilties, I was wondering,
does anyone of any suggestions for a book that would be good to read that
would help someone lighten up a little.  This is for myself.  Just a lot
going on in my life.  Ministry, revival, 3 kids under 3, a great wife that
needs my love and attention and on and on.
I was looking in the mirror this morning and I thought,  "Kevin, you look
sad!"  So I thought I would look for a christian book that would help me
get my mind set in the area of enjoying every moment of life.
	I did have lunch with a great brother and pastor today and it was a
blessing to me. (thanks Scott)
	Any suggestions please send my way.
