RE: [Worship] Name This song?

Bob.

Our church used to do this song in the early '70's. I don't know where it
came from, but if you can verify that it is public domain, I know the words
and chords. I'd be glad to send them to you.

We called it "Oh Hallelujah!"

I know of Joseph Garlington. He used to speak at some of our meetings back
then. What is he doing now.

Subject: [Worship] Name This song?

I am reading Joseph L. Garlington's book WORSHIP The pattern of Things in
Heaven. On page 14 he says "There is a song that goes 'For in the furnace
of My afflictions, I have chosen thee, Behold/ And so for iron I'll give you
silver, and for bras I'll give you gold....'" As I can find not copy right
notice or further identification of the song in the book I assume this is
public domain (the song quoted not the book from which it is quoted). Can
anyone direct me to the song and music.
