In response to your question about feeling "foolish" while dancing
before the Lord--
YES, YES and YES again.  I was at a Vineyard Worship Conference in Jan
this year
when I suddenly had to start jumping and dancing during P & W.  My mind
was telling me how dumb I looked and that I should stop, but I
couldn't.  That night after the service, I had 2 people come up to me
and tell me how it blessed them to see me have that much freedom while I
worshipped.  This same thing happened Sun night at church.  We're
singing "I Could Sing of Your Love Forever" and the spirit of dancing
begins to start coming on me.  I hold back because I don't want to "look
stupid", but when we get to the bridge "and, oh I feel like dancing,
it's foolishness I know..." I just take off.  Tried to stop it, but I
couldn't.  What a joy it is to be able to get past the "foolishness" and
just worship God however I need to...no matter who is around.

My prayer for my church is that everyone there would find the freedom to
worship God in spirit and in truth.  We're starting to open up, but have
a long way to go.
