[Worship] Glad to be back.

Hi!  I've been off the list for the summer and I'm glad to be into the fall
and back on the list.

I'm at a small (150-180), fairly new, independent church in
the Maritimes of Canada.  We have a load of musicians in our church and
contemporary worship is a big part of who we are.  I oversee youth and the
worship teams.

Now, for today's question.  We are in a set-up/tear down
situation each week.  How many of you PAY your sound people to set-up/tear
down and just run the sound in general?  This has become a small issue for
us.  Anyone in a similar situation that can tell me what you do week in and
week out to keep it together?

this and other subjects.
