[Worship] Worshipers are evangelists.

Hai again,

 

Since we've been to Poland we changed our view about a few things. Our worshipteam is functioning in the sundayservice. We practise on wednesdays and we have a few times a year a meeting with seminars etc. Our team is spiritually growing but we lack something. When we were in Poland we "got the light".

We think God told us that we had to go on the streets with our worshipteam so that the task He has for our lives -being a witness and worshipers of christ- will be fullfilled. This day I had a meeting with my co-leader and we made plans, timetables, etc. so we can be on the street in Leer (D) in a few months. We will work together with youth from our church and other persons who want to evangelise. We see it as our task to bring the good news to the people with singing, music, drama etc. etc. etc. And we will use our WORSHIPTEAM not a gospelgroup or something, ...no our worshipteam. I think it's great that we can fullfill the task God has for us all in bringing this sacrifice of praise on the streets.

It will break walls down in our city Leer and it will bring good news, light, peace, healing and above all....new people for His Kingdom.  Are there other worshipleaders or groups who have experience with worship in the streets and not only on sundays in church?!  Please write your commands. I could talk longer about the in's and out's, the why's and the how's but that takes to long for now. Maybe later.
