Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe "ordinary time" is used
exclusively to refer to the time between Trinity Sunday (one Sunday after
Pentecost, i.e., eight weeks after Easter) and the beginning of the next
religious year at Advent.  It is called "ordinary time" precisely because it
is NOT part of one of the seasons--Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, Lent,
Easter, Pentecost.
