We do ours according to the first line of the song.  It's a little awkward
to get used to on hymns but even a rookie can pull the song out of the box
in a hurry if you need it on the fly.  We changed ours after one of our
worship leaders asked me to put up "The Family Song" and it took me nearly
10 minutes to figure out that "Here we are, gathered together as a family"
was the same song.

We just do it alphabetically by title
