Renee,
I'm not sure what you want, but if you're looking for music theory (reading,
writing, transposing, arrainging) there is a series of six workbooks
available from Neil A. Kjos Music Co. called "Master Theory." I've used
the lower three books in middle school, high school and even college for
several years and I am very pleased with them. Level one is quite simple but
by level five and six you'll think you're in sophmore theory and arrainging.
The lessons move at the pace the student sets, fast or slow. Any music store
should be able to help you get these.
Hope this helps.
