[Worship] Easter-

What a wonderful day!

The numbers are great on days like this ... the sermon.....the music extra 
special....the drama... the flowers.... all perfectly befitting honor to our 
risen Lord.

BUT nothing rates for me this year like the changed lives of people who came 
for the first time last Easter and now are jamming in the choir...praising 
God or acting in the drama or ..........the list goes on.

The guy who did "My Redeemer Lives" as intro into the service with me today- 
last year refused to accompany his wife to church on Easter Sunday.....He was 
praising God this morning....rivaling me in worship they said.!.   

So many changed lives....marriages saved.... children set on firm ground.... 
addictions mastered.... in one year.  

As worship leader I get to see the praise on faces that last year were 
seekers.  As pastor's wife I get to know the details of the struggles.  As 
bible teacher I watch the lights go on in my seeker group.

So I sit here tired...bone tired......still floating in the worship of a 
risen Lord.

....and knowing that the work in far from done..... seekers at my dinner 
table today who do not have that passion for Jesus..... who need a 
Savior..... recent converts who need to be discipled.....

Awesome God lead on.
