RE: [Worship] amusing worship experiences

Personally, I think God ALLOWS these embarrassing moments to remind us
that we are human and HE is in control. :-) I've had a couple of
'experiences' that reminded me that I am faaaaar from perfect! I sang
back-up for a long time before I started leading worship, and I usually
sang alto or tenor. The first time I lead worship, the very first song
-- you guessed it! I sang alto! The congregation looked at me like I
had two heads! Another time, I was really getting lost in worship, and
just as I started to dance around a little bit, I knocked over the
microphone stand! It probably would have been okay, except that a woman
in the front row laughed so hard she fell off her chair. And I can't
tell you how many times in the past five years that my music has gone
flying off the music stand. Embarrassing at the time, but I just laugh
now!
Keep laughing! God has a great sense of humor!
