I did have an incredible thing happen...not IN church but during an outreach
that took place in a local civic auditorium.  A friend (alto) and I
(soprano) sang a duet to a taped accompiament.  We were using their sound
system.....which turned out to be a big boom box sitting on the floor next
to us, and run by batteries.

Though we didn't know the "why" until later....what happened was that  the
batteries got weaker and weaker during OUR SONG.  All we knew was that our
accompianment kept getting slower and lower.  We kept sliding into new keys
and we were too busy to panic.  It was a miracle that we got through it
(thank you Jesus!) and no one knew...and we stayed together and on key (all
of um).

 To this day when she and I get into each other's company, we only have to
look at each other to start laughing.
