[Worship] Regional/Local Worship Workshops - WA?

This is really a two-parter.  First, I am from the Northwest
(Seattle/Everett) and would like to find out if anyone knows of any
local or perhaps regional worship workshops.  Our team has only been
together for about 6 months and I would like for everyone to attend (if
possible) as I believe that exposure to any and all aspects of worship
(outside of our team) would be valuable and would help in our abilities
to share Christ with a lost and dying world.

Secondly, are there any local folks involved with worship that might
want to get together perhaps monthly or every other month to share
music, techniques, experiences and the Lord.  Maybe something like this
already exists??  I would be interested in feedback from any folks in my
area.  Likewise folks from other areas may also be interested in
workshops or local meetings.
