Hi Lois,
    The words are "Come and rise to Your rest and be
blest". The song is written by Steve Fry, published in
1983 by Birdwing Music/Cherry Lane Music. There is a
scripture of 2 Chronicles 6:41 listed by asterisk next
to the word "Come" which says "Now therfore arise, O
Lord God, to Thy resting place, Thou and the ark of
Thy might; let Thy priests, O Lord God, be clothed
with salvation, and let The godly ones rejoice in what
is good."  Looks scriptural to me.  .....We use it
too. Glad you asked so I could check it out too.
