What did you guys pray for, anyway? Thanks, I think. This was a bizarre day!
Stephen went in to his new job and then got voice mail later in the day
saying that it wasn't going to work out and not to come back. After some
research, there are a few more details available, but they wouldn't make it
any easier to understand, so I'll spare you. He did call in sick to the
hospital where he was supposed to work tonight, and after a dose of Theraflu
he is feeling much better. Shortly after receiving his voice mail brush off,
out of the blue, he got a call from a hospital asking him if he wanted to
work full time there, so God is up to something, but we're not sure what.
And, on top of all this, our 18-1/2 year old cat just passed away a few
minutes ago. Three of the four kids were already asleep when it happened,
and though they knew it was eminent, things may be a little rough in the
morning around here.  Life is . . . well, just keep praying for us. (God is
good all the time, God is good all the time, God is good . . . )
