[Worship] Praise Music Teams

Hello Everyone on the Worship list.
My name is DeWayne Roberson and I am the Music Coordinator and Choir
Director at Peace Lutheran Church in Burlington, Wisconsin.  I am new to
the list and I am looking for advice.
We are in the process of starting a praise team in our church of 350
members.  We have a very successful senior choir of 25 members but we
would like to add the praise team to the program.  I was wondering if
any of you could offer advice as to successful ways to begin, music
sources that seem to work well and any other advice would think would
help.  At this point, I do not anticipate the use of a back-up band. 
Instead, I think we will have to use our technology to help us there.
