I agree.  What we need to do as worship leaders is "lead," not "coerce."

If we enter into His presence, and we know we're there, the people
we're leading will know we're there too, and they'll want to come along.

I think we need to lead by example; and when the emotions come - and
they will, after all, God designed them that way :)   they'll be for the
right reason, namely that we're touching our Father and He loves us and
we love Him.
