Mark...here you have spoken something on the list that is a matter of your 
opinion, but untrue.  I was a bit shocked and hurt that you would imply that I
 don't place importance in striving to keep Our Lord's word.  I appreciate 
our differences in interpretations...but that is all it is, a difference, not 
a lack of love or striving to know and serve Him better.  Just for the record 
(and make no mistake about it), I place a great deal of importance in 
striving to keep his word.

This thread has indeed created some thought provoking entrees, some good 
issues to consider.  Whether to make the worship team a profession or whether 
it should remain as a volunteer mission of love.  What "skillful" really 
means.  What is or isn't pleasing to God in worship? And.....then, how do we 
as worship leaders and team members see these things in our own ministries 
played out.  Does the Spirit lead us in different ways in our respective 
congregations or are we all to do these things in a cookie cutter fashion?  
These are honest questions and worthy of pondering.
