I believe that the key was (is) that these are folks (for the most part)
that are living a life of worship. They don't need permission from any
stinkin' worship leeder... (sorry, SNL flashback :-) ) to engage in praise
and worship. They just start anyway -- the corporate part just makes it
sweeter!

Another way to explain it -- God is already enthroned, the angels are
already wondering, rather like a bonfire just waiting for a match....
WHOOSH!
