Hi Amelia,

When I tried out for our worship team there wasn't a written application
but I was asked a few questions.  Like what is my definition of
worship.  Why did I want to be part of the team.  What could I bring to
the team.  I was asked if I could sing harmonies (I was trying out for
backup vocalist).  Then the worship leader had me sing a song with
another girl from the team and I started the next day.  I think it would
be good to know a persons musical experience so you can know what they
are capable.  And where they are spiritually and what type of worshipper
they are.  And I personally think we should ask "do you feel called to
this ministry".  Just thought I would share my experience.
