I say they are related.  But, first know I see the chuch has misdefined 
worship.  I see the Bible define worship as an action - being on ones knees, 
prostrate, bwoing low to the ground.  In worship, I cannot get low enough.

Second, Jesus did not say worship in actions and truth, but, spirit and truth.

Now, I see there is a relationship ...  "Love the Lord your God with all your 
heart, all 
your soul and all your mind." is related to the first four of the 10 
commandments and deal with worship.  

The third commandment deals with worship, because we want to worship names 
and attributes of the Godhead, that are not related to worship, like Abba

The fourth commandment deals with when.  While the Sabbath was more than a 
time for worship, I think it was a time set aside.  These two can be viewed 
as our service to Him.

Then you must love your neighbor as yourself. ... this is part of our service 
- actions, away from worship.  We are to worship and serve Him alone.
