I have a friend who is trying to compile a list of songs for the
"International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church" (see details in
email below).

Can any of you suggest songs that reflect the themes of justice,
forgiveness, persecution, etc., as described by my friend?

Hi Timo!

I'm currently working at Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC) until
mid-July. I'm working on a resource kit for churches to use for the
International Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church (IDOP) on Nov. 4.
I'm working on a suggested song list and was wondering if you had any
suggestions. Since a variety of churches will be using this kit I'm
looking for both traditional hymns and more current songs. This year's
theme is "Voice for the Voiceless". I'm looking for songs about
justice,
forgiveness, heaven, persecution, prayer, praise, trusting God...
