Hello all!

I wanted to comment on this issue.  I am 20 have been the a music director 
and worship leader since I was 16.  90% of the members on our praise team are 
under 20.  I believe that it is very important to incorporate youth into 
worship teams.  Not only are they the church of the future, but the are also 
the church of NOW.  They bring an extreme/active element that more adult 
people lack.  Don't get me wrong I am not saying that adults are not extreme, 
it is just something different.  Though youth to me are important in a team, 
Adults are also very important.  They provide a more stable factor than some 
youth.  I think that there has to be a correct balance to make a successful 
Worship Team.
