Pick Up The World (PUTW) ( http://www.pick-uptheworld.com ) has a soundboard
transducer for classical or flamenco. The #20 sticks on to the underside of
your guitar top; the #40 has two elements that you can stick on, to round
out the sound. Both require an end-pin jack to be installed, though. If
you already have a normal endpin in your guita, you may not mind; it just
means reaming the hole a smidge. But if you don't have an endpin, I don't
know if you'd want to drill. I've never worked with PUTW, but their
reputation for service is great; the owner has a "weird stuff" department,
so you might even call and say "can you install a #40 for me, but wire it
OUTSIDE the guitar?" Who knows, they might do it.

Also, if it helps... Taylor guitars just released a new nylon string series,
and I'm fairly sure that they're using their normal Fishman electronics that
are on their steel string models. So, maybe an undersaddle piezo is the
same for steel or nylon. Again, these need an endpin jack.
