Greg,

    I audition folks, instrumental and vocal.  This last weekend at the 
Breakforth Canada conference, I facilitated a workshop on one 
possibility for how to hold worship team auditions.  It is just my 
method, but it is fairly comprehensive.  If you are interested, I can 
send you the PDF noteset, audition evaluation sheet, and Excel 
spreadsheet that is used to record and summarize the results.  To get 
that , just send me a reply email asking for the noteset for "Holding 
Worship Team Auditions", if you think it will help...
