[Worship] (no subject)

We have about 5 singers, all are able to sing harmony on the fly, make up
parts, etc.
We are very flexible, singing whatever is needed, and I think the key is
getting lots of hours singing together.
One girl and I both sing alto, but when a soprano is out, one of us sings
melody, but we're so in tune to each other that when she goes up, I go down,
etc.

One on our team is not very flexible and this drives her crazy, but I think
that to sing on the worship team, you need to be flexible, and if you sing
harmony, you have to be able to learn it very quickly, it can't possibly be
like a choir, tapping out parts (though we occasionally do that on very
difficult harmony parts)
We work it out among ourselves.
Before this, we had a controlling worship leader, and he had to have control
over every note we sung.
The new one lets us use our own creativity and you know what?  Its much
Better musically!
