Karrie - this just seems to be spilling out of you, and it was very hard
to get to the end (although I did).  The enthusiasm is good, but I just
get the feeling that there is something a bit headstrong in there,
though maybe I'm wrong.

Frankly, I've never had a problem of this kind, though I probably
haven't had a worship group quite as equipped as you do on a regular
basis.  Nevertheless, if I'm the leader I gently but very firmly tell
others what is needed.  I've never had any problem with that, and I
don't see why anyone else should.

Any group of any kind needs leadership, and if the initial leader can't
eventually hack it unfortunately they have to be replaced.

If an individual member of any kind of band is out of line, the leader
simply brings them back in line. That's what leadership is about IMO.
