[Worship] Age minimum for praise singers?

A young girl (looks to be about 10-11) has expressed interest in singing on
our praise team.

Do any of you have an age minimum policy for praise team singers? If so what
is the reasoning behind this?

I didn't see any reason not to let her sing, provided that she has the
talent but in my attempts to lead with wisdom and discernment, I'd like to
gather the thoughts of more experienced worship leaders on this list.
