If the heart and ability fall in with your requirements, if she has
transportation, and if she can handle the schedule, she could be an
amazing asset.
At the last couple of worship events I noticed different groups doing this
kind of thing - identifying a young person with talent and bringing them
up. I have a 15 year old on my youth team now who was literally raised
within the contemp music circles and she is far beyond most of our
experienced folk. With that kind of a start, she'll be able to take people
much farther than I could.
It could also be great for your congregation.

Why should we teach kids that they don't have anything significant to
offer to adults?
