How about Option 4: I.e. that it depends upon the individual's personality 
type. Not all people are particular expressive in an outward sense. Just because 
someone stands there during a worship service without raising hands, clapping 
or dancing doesn't mean that they are not meeting with God. Some people 
praise God in a quiet kind of way, and in the church we should encourage people to 
worship God in a way that is appropriate for them, rather than us necessarily. 
This includes the things mentioned above, but also genre of music and types 
of prayers.

Just some thoughts.
