It might also be very beneficial and enlightening for this group of people to invite those who are actually on the team, and have a heart to worship, to attend a meeting.  As someone else stated... no one should talk about what their personal preferences are, but rather why they worship, why they are on the team, what they feel might help the congregation enter into worship (which is different from what the congregation likes to hear), etc.  

I have found that the thoughts and feelings of those actually on the team are often radically different from those who are not.  And the thoughts of the congregation differ along the same lines... those who love to worship and know how to enter in, share many of the ideas and thoughts as those on the worship team.  While those who have difficulty (or won't) worship share similar thoughts and ideas about worship.    I believe that the thoughts and experiences of both should be considered when the future of the worship team is being discussed.
