[Worship] song help

Hi, everyone -- about 17 years ago there was a song we sang in a previous church.   I wasn't into leading worship then, and don't have a source for it.    CCLI didn't have it when I searched.    The lyrics are 

Jesus, we enthrone You,
We proclaim You are King
Standing here in the midst of us
We lift You up with our praise

And as we worship, build your throne....

Does anyone have a source for a lead sheet?
