[Worship] Song search

I have been unable to find a lead sheet for a song, and hope that someone can help. It's a "rockin" song, and the words are:

Shout with a voice of triumph
Shout with a voice of praise
Shout with a voice of triumph
Shout with a voice of praise
Shout unto God for the Victory
Hey Hey, Give the Lord a shout of praise.

I heard Gary Oliver and his group do it on TBN, but can't find it on any cd or any website I have looked at.

I would appreciate help on this.  This list is a great resource!
