I've relied on Worship Assistant for over two years. You're not
interested in the projection end, so I won't mention what it does there.
It handles all the team information, makes email contact, keeps track of
who leads what and with whom, it creates set & event lists and tracks
song usage for your CCLI reports and so on. It keeps track of music as
well, and utilizes a single database which ties in with projection so
that what prints out on lead sheets or songsheets ALWAYS matches what
goes on the screen. It transposes chords for lead sheets on the fly.
Updates are downloadable and support is good.

The greatest drawback is that it comes with a blank song database, but
it has full merge and import options, so I went online and merged lists
from all over the world into a huge list.

This isn't an ad, I'm don't get remuneration, but I do like the
software. I think it costs around $70. You can download a preview
version at http://www.churchassist.com/.

The company also makes a product called Ministry Assistant, which tracks
information on a church-wide scope.
