Hi list!!

I have a question: Does anyone know who wrote the words and music to "When
the Spirit Of The Lord" (aka "David Danced")?

"When the Spirit of the Lord moves within [verbs are variable!] my heart, I
will dance like David danced..."

I've been looking everywhere, but somehow I can't find an author for this
song. I looked in the CCLI database, and the only listing for "David Danced"
is attributed to Nic and Art Gonzales from the band Salvador, and I know
they did that song on their 1st album, but am certain that they didn't
*write* it.

Does anyone know who wrote this? Is it "unknown"? Public domain? Please
help!
